Why we built this
Anyone who's been to a big wedding knows the moment: a giant name board at the entrance, three people pushing toward it, and a queue forming all the way to the parking lot. Existing solutions were either expensive (staffed registration desks) or exposed the entire guest list to every passerby (an open, scrollable list of names).
QSeat was built to provide a simple, fair solution: one QR code, the guest enters their their phone number and gets only their own result. No app, no public list of names, no subscription.
Our commitments
Privacy
Guests' phone numbers serve only as a search key and are not shown to other guests. There is no scrollable list of names on the site. Guest search logs keep only a masked phone number (e.g. ***1234) and are automatically deleted after a set period. You can request full deletion of the event and the guest list at any time.
Security — in plain language
- The whole site runs on HTTPS (an encrypted connection).
- Account passwords are stored encrypted — even we have no way to read them.
- Every event is isolated: there's no way for one event owner to reach another event's data.
- We do not store credit card details on our servers.
Fair pricing
A one-time payment per event, no subscription. Build the event and upload the list for free — you only pay to activate the QR code. No hidden charges and no mandatory "upgrades". all the details on the pricing page.
Real support
Behind QSeat is a person, not a call center. A question before the event or a glitch in real time — reach out viaContact (email or WhatsApp) and get a reply.
What QSeat is not
- Not an RSVP system. You manage the list wherever suits you and upload a ready Excel file.
- Not a venue-layout tool. We don't draw a 3D table map — we turn your ready-made list into a smooth entrance experience.
- Doesn't work without internet. The guest needs cellular reception or Wi-Fi at the venue.
