Wedding seating charts

Guests find their table on their own — by phone number

Instead of a giant name board at the entrance and a queue at the reception desk: one QR code posted at the door. The guest scans it, enters the phone number you invited them with, and immediately sees their table number. No app, no password.

The reception moment at a wedding is one of the most familiar bottlenecks: 300 guests arrive within the same half hour, everyone looking for their name on a single board, and a jam builds up all the way to the road. A digital seating chart solves this without putting three people at the door — each guest handles it themselves, from their own phone.

Why search by phone, not by name

Most digital solutions show the guest a scrollable list of names. It works, but it also means anyone who scans the code sees your full guest list. In QSeat, the guest enters their own phone number — the same number you listed — and gets only their own result.

  • No public list of names and no scrolling through "who's invited and who isn't".
  • Guests' phone numbers are not exposed — they serve only as a search key.
  • The system recognizes every Israeli format: 052-1234567, 0521234567, +972 52 123 4567, and also without the leading zero.

Last-minute changes — no drama

A cousin who cancelled, a table that split, a couple who said they're coming after all. In the dashboard you edit a single guest's table with one click, rename a whole table (and all its guests move with it), or add a new guest — without re-uploading the entire Excel file, and even while guests are already scanning.

What's included

Print-quality QR code

12 designed background templates, a high error-correction level, download as PNG or print directly.

Excel import without the headache

Automatic column detection, full validation, and a clear skip of problematic rows.

Unlimited guests

150 guests or 800 — same price, same simplicity.

A personal event URL

A clean link like qseat.co.il/dana-tomer to attach to the digital invitation.

Online menu (optional)

Upload an image or PDF of the menu, and the guest sees a "View menu" button after getting their table.

The list stays with you

Each guest sees only their own result. There's no public list of names, and phone numbers are never exposed.

When to start

You can create the event and upload an initial list as soon as the invitations go out — all for free. As the date approaches, you update the tables. You activate the QR code (with a one-time payment) a week or two before, print it, and that's it. How much it costs and exactly what's included.

At a wedding, the hostesses at the door spend half their time on "What's the name? Hang on, which table..." facing a growing queue. When the guest finds their place on their own phone, the entrance flows — and the staff is free to actually welcome the guests.
